Designed to fit Alfa's smaller oven models (Ciao, 5 minuti, Domo), the BBQ 500 BBQ system gives you the power and control you need to grill over flames at temperatures as high as 500 degrees Celsius!

The 360-degree stainless steel rotating grill allows you to easily move food to different parts of the fire below, giving you ultimate control while cooking. The pan used as the base for Alfa's BBQ 500 system is designed both to collect dripping fats from the food and to place the fuel in the desired spots.
It comes with a stainless steel base for placing the wood on the side of the wood-fired oven and counter-rotating cooking. With the BBQ 500 BBQ system you can also do direct and indirect grilling.
