DRL Roof hatch
The DRL roof hatch is an innovative product that provides safe and comfortable access to the roof. It can be installed alone on the roof or in combination with the FAKRO LML folding ladder. Its robust construction and variety of dimensions allow for an excellent combination with the LML folding ladder.
Both the fixed and the opening frame are made of polythalamic PVC profile filled with thermal insulation material.
The opening lid is insulated and watertight, equipped with a perimeter rubber to ensure perfect thermal insulation performance and opens up to 60 degrees for easy exit to the roof. Pneumatic springs facilitate opening and closing and hold the frame in the open position. The anti-slip tape around the perimeter of the base ensures a secure foothold for exit to the roof.
Can be fitted with the additional 15cm high XRD base for installation on planted roofs and roofs with thick insulation.
Can be fitted with a ZBR lock for protection against accidental closure (available separately).
Suitable for installation on slopes from 0 to 15 degrees.
The dimensions of the DRL roof hatch are similar to those of the LML folding stairs so that they can be combined without technical difficulties. (LML folding ladders are sold separately).
