Everything you need to make your own delicious pizza is included in the Alfa Pizzaiolo set. Made entirely in Italy, each of the pizza tools included in the Pizzaiolo set contribute to help you achieve the ultimate cooking and tasting experience.
EVERY STEP IN THE BAKING OF THE PIZZA
Clean up ash and move the coals or wood even during the baking process. The moving tool will prepare the floor of your oven so that it is always ready to receive the dough of your choice.
Placing the pizza in the oven is even easier thanks to the rounded edge that the shovel features while the wooden handle and grained stainless steel surface guarantee robustness, ease of handling and even easier cleaning. With the same ease you will clean the round shovel which, despite its robustness, remains lightweight so that the process of turning and unturning remains pleasant.
Ensure the right conditions for your dough to rise properly by placing it in the necessary dough box. Use the dough cutter to divide your dough into smaller pieces or to remove it from the dough box.
Before placing the pizza in the oven, make sure all parts of the oven are at the proper baking temperature. The laser thermometer will help perfect your baking.
Use the heat-resistant glove to remove the pizza from the oven and place it on the serving plate. To divide the pizza into equal sizes, follow the grooves on the baking plate and cut with the pizza cutter. All that's left is to enjoy your excellent handmade pizza!
Equipped with brass bristles, the Alfa brush will maintain your oven's fireproof floor without compromising its effective cleaning.
The Pizzaiolo set is completed with the unique baking apron and the wonderful cookbook featuring Alfa chefs' creations, in which you'll find many unique recipes for cooking in a wood-fired oven.
