Ταχύτερη, ευκολότερη και βελτιωμένη Δόμηση:
- Δεν χρειάζεται κάθετο κονίαμα αναμεταξύ τεμαχίων
- 2 τεμάχια (50εκ.) ανά τρέχον μέτρο σε σχέση με 3.3 τεμάχια αργιλικού (30εκ.), που μαζί με την ταχύτητα, αυξάνει την ποιότητα της οριζόντιας ευθυγράμμισης της τοιχοποιίας
- Περιέχει περίπου 15% υγρασίας άρα δεν στεγνώνει το κονίαμα κατά την τοποθέτηση, ούτε χρειάζεται εκτεταμένο ράντισμα μετά την τοποθέτηση και την εφαρμογή επιχρισμάτων
- Καλύτερη πρόσφυση επιχρίσματος λόγω τραχιάς επιφάνειας
- Ευκολότερα κανάλια παροχών λόγω εσωτερικών διάκενων
- Μηδενική φύρα λόγω φύσεως του υλικού που κόβεται χωρίς να σπάζει ακατάσχετα. Επίσης σε περίπτωση μηχανικής αγκύρωσης της θερμοπρόσοψης, οι βίδες μένουν πιο σταθερές με λιγότερες πιθανότητες αποκόλλησης
