DEC roof window with electric opening mechanism
The DEC FAKRO roof window is a modern electrically opening window with wireless Z-wave system, which gives the possibility of ventilation and lighting with natural light in any residential or commercial space.
It is made of polythalamic profile of white PVC (RAL 9010). The window profile is filled with insulating material, improving its thermal insulation properties and thus contributing to energy saving.
The double-glazed energy glass with laminated inner pane (laminate) has an anti-burglar safety class P2A. The outer canopy is made of polycarbonate for greater impact and hail resistance. It has a special coating inside and outside for protection against UV radiation. The thermal coefficient of the whole window is Uw=1.2 W/m2K ( EN 12567-2), and there is a special version of the window suitable for high energy efficiency and passive buildings, with U8 glazing and thermal coefficient U=0.72 W/m2K (EN 1873).
The structure of the window allows the installation of internal and external sun protection accessories. It has an integrated rain sensor to close the window automatically in case of rain. FAKRO roof windows are suitable for installation on slopes from 2o-15o .
